Last Thursday, I was helping Stephanie with the Teacher Workshop, which is one piece of the Professional Residency Program offered by Choral Arts to schools in the local DC Metro area. This program allows teachers to develop ideas about how to integrate music in their lesson plans through classroom materials and sessions with teaching-artists. This first workshop was a time for the teachers and teaching-artists to get to know each other and learn what this program is all about for their students...
