LOST TICKETS
Lost or stolen tickets are replaced at no charge.  To request replacement tickets, call the Choral Arts Box Office at 202.244.3669.  Replacement tickets are given for the same seats at the same concert and cannot be exchanged.
 
Replacement of lost tickets purchased through the Kennedy Center must be arranged for with the Kennedy Center Box Office, please call 202.467.4600.
 
Choral Arts does not allow ticket returns under any circumstances.  If you are unable to attend a concert you hold a ticket for, please consider donating your tickets.  Your ticket donation is tax-deductable.
All Tickets are Pre-Paid and Non-Refundable.
 
 
LATE SEATING
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the performance.  Late seating breaks are provided at all Choral Arts concerts.  After the late seating break, additional late seating will take place during the first appropriate pause in the program. Time and duration of these breaks vary by concert. 
 
 
ACCESSIBILITY
Accessible seating is available upon request at all Choral Arts venues.  To request accessible seats, please call the Choral Arts Box Office (202.244.3669, M-F 10:00am - 5:30pm).

EXCHANGES
Single Ticket Exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances.
 
Subscribers may exchange subscription or add-on tickets for tickets of the same value to any Choral Arts concert within the same season by calling the Choral Arts Box Office at least two business days prior to the performance.  A $5 service fee applies to all such exchanges.
 
Tickets purchased through the Kennedy Center are not eligible for exchange.
 
 
RETURNS
Choral Arts does not allow ticket returns under any circumstances.  If you are unable to attend a concert you hold ticket for, please consider donating your tickets.  Your ticket donation is tax-deductable.
 
DONATIONS
If you are unable to attend a concert, please consider donating your tickets for a full tax credit for the value of your tickets.  All donated tickets must be returned to Choral Arts before the donation can be processed.
 
Tickets purchased through the Kennedy Center are not eligible for donation.
 
All donations need to be received at least two business days prior to performance.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Choral Arts concerts are never cancelled unless the Kennedy Center closes.  To check on Kennedy Center closures, call 202.467.4600.
 
In the event of cancellation, returns and exchanges of tickets purchased through the Choral Arts Box Office will be processed upon request.  All tickets purchased through the Kennedy Center Box Office are subject to Kennedy Center policies.
 
 
WILL CALL
All tickets purchased within 10 days of a given performance are automatically held at will call.
 
Will Call tickets for all performances are available for pick up starting one hour before the show at the following locations:

SERVICE FEES
All single ticket transactions purchased by phone or in person through Choral Arts are subject to a $5 service fee.  This is a per-transaction fee. No per-ticket fee is issued for phone or in person purchases.
 
All single tickets purchased through choralarts.org are subject to a $3.50 per-ticket charge.
 
All subscription purchases are subject to a $10 service fee per transaction.  Exchanges of subscription tickets are subject to a $5 per transaction.
 
All tickets purchased through the Kennedy Center are subject to applicable Kennedy Center taxes and fees.
 
 
CHILDREN'S ATTENDANCE POLICY
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket – no exceptions.
 
 
What if I want to purchase tickets when the Choral Arts Box Office is closed?
Choral Arts Box Office is open M-F 10:00am – 5:30pm.  You can purchase tickets 24/7 at www.choralarts.org.  Sales through the Choral Arts Box Office (by phone, in person and online) are closed at 2:00pm the Friday before Saturday and Sunday performances, and at 12:00pm the day of weekday performances.
 
For all Kennedy Center performances, tickets may be purchased through the Kennedy Center Box Office at any time (p: 202.467.4600), even after the Choral Arts Box Office has closed sales for a given performance.
 
For all other venues, tickets are available at the door starting one hour prior to the performance unless otherwise noted.
 
Tickets are sold at the door for all Choral Arts performances.  For performances at the Kennedy Center, day-of tickets (if available) can be purchased at the Kennedy Center Box Office. 
 
Can I purchase a recording of Choral Arts concerts?
No.  Choral Arts does not publish recordings of its concerts.  Several compilation albums have been made from selected performances from multiple concerts.  Find out more about our recordings here.
 
What time do doors open?
Doors for all Choral Arts performances typically open 30 minutes prior to the concert.
