Arts for Children Creates

Educational Success in Schools,

has fostered a success partnership

between The Choral Arts Society

of Washington (CASW) and the

District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS). This arts integration program pairs professional artists with elementary school classes in an effort to incorporate music and arts into the 1-6 curriculum. In addition, elementary school teachers are offered professional development workshops so that they can better integrate the performing arts into their classrooms on a daily basis.
